Advanced customizations

This includes 1. cherry-picking of interface elements (removing "Share" and "Save" buttons); 2. Overriding default vocabulary (Social Play is referred to as Partner Mode instead, icon replaced by text).

Introduction
Advanced customizations are those customizations that cannot be achieved through the PuzzleMe™ dashboard. These customizations require technical support from the PuzzleMe team. As a consequence, at the moment we are only able to offer these to you if you're on our partner plan.
Cherry-picking interface elements
You can request the team to selectively enable/disable elements of the puzzle interface and their corresponding features. This has typically been done to modify the standard menu options (as seen at the top of the page) or to tweak the interface defaults experienced by the users. One example of this would be the puzzle timer - this is enabled by default, and the players have the option to toggle it through their interface. On request, you can have the puzzle timer disabled by default for your puzzles in a series.
Override default vocabulary
The PuzzleMe interface uses some standard vocabulary across puzzles: "Clue", "Hint" and "Social Play". These reflect technical features that enhance the user experience. On request, we can override this default vocabulary with words of your choice, which are a better fit for your brand identity. An example of this is available at the top of the page, where "Social Play" has been rebranded as "Partner Mode", and its icon has been replaced by only text.
Override translations
The PuzzleMe platform offers interface translation support for over 20 languages. This support is not restricted by account type.
However, in certain cases, you may want to override the language translations and implement your translation. This is possible upon request.
Social sharing with your own branding
By default, the social share message for your puzzles links to Amuse Labs' twitter handle. Upon request, this can be updated to point to your brand's social media handles.

We've listed only a small subset of the possible customizations on this page. We're open to evaluating any requests that you may have about your implementation. Due to the extensive level of technical support required for these, we evaluate the feasibility of these customizations on a case-by-case basis.
