The WordPress Contest plugin is available only on our Enterprise plan.

PuzzleMe provides a private WordPress plugin which can be used to enable puzzle contests. This plugin is distinct from the publicly available WordPress plugin that only allows embedding non-contest mode puzzles. Access to this private plugin is provided only to approved contest organizers. Please contact us if you would like to get access to the plugin.

WordPress contest plugin features​

  • Login via WordPress : The plugin ensures that an embedded puzzle is available only to users logged in to the WordPress website. Users who are not logged in will be prompted to sign in.
  • User information: A downloadable Users CSV file, containing users' names, email addresses and UIDs is available to the WordPress administrator. This file allows the administrator to assign puzzle scores to individuals, by merging information from this Users CSV file with the Plays CSV file (obtained from the PuzzleMe account dashboard).
  • Multiple devices: Solvers are able to access and solve their partially completed puzzles from different devices, provided they use the same login to the WordPress website.
  • Single attempt: Each solver is restricted to only one attempt at submitting a puzzle
  • Privacy: No personally identifiable information is passed to Amuse Labs servers.
