Plans and Pricing

With PuzzleMe, you get access to a best-in-class user experience for each of our 15+ games, regardless of which plan you’re on. Additionally, you can create as many games as you want in your PuzzleMe account.

Whenever a user opens a page with a PuzzleMe game or picker, it counts as a load. The player need not start the game for it to count as a load. We incur a cost for each request to PuzzleMe servers, and the pricing is designed to reflect that cost.

If you exceed your gameplay limit, you will receive an email alert with the option to upgrade to a higher tier to meet your needs. Your puzzle will continue to remain live and playable. 

The personal plan is meant for individuals only, and usage of PuzzleMe’s personal plan for business or commercial use is not allowed. If you’d like more information, get in touch with us and we’d be happy to provide a resolution. 

That depends on the size of your event and the extent to which you’d like to customize the experience for your company. The Plus plan would be suitable for a small one-time event, whereas you might need to upgrade to Professional to get the right usage quota for recurring events.

Similarly, if you’d like to make the PuzzleMe player reflect your company’s brand identity, from fonts to colors, you can opt for the Professional plan and unlock PuzzleMe’s advanced branding features.

Annual plans for all tiers are available at discounted rates. We also offer increased game load limits to support the needs of small publishers. Reach out to us here for more details.

By default, your PuzzleMe subscription is set to auto-renew. If an automatic payment fails even after multiple attempts, you will receive a follow-up from our team within 14 days. Subscriptions can be cancelled easily from the Account Details page on the PuzzleMe dashboard.
