Upload formats

Objective

Learn the different ways in which you can upload Rows Garden puzzle files.

Rows Garden puzzles can only be created using uploaded files. There is no online editor within the dashboard for creating Rows Garden puzzles from scratch.

To publish a Rows Garden puzzle, constructors must first create a properly formatted file and then upload it on the Rows Garden upload page. The platform supports uploading Rows Garden puzzles in .rg and .rgz formats.

Supported File Formats

Rows Garden puzzles are uploaded using specialized file formats:

• .rg - Standard Rows Garden puzzle format: Download sample here
• .rgz - Compressed Rows Garden puzzle format: Download sample here

Upload Process

1. Go to the dashboard
2. Click Create in the navigation bar, then click New game
3. Click on Rows Garden, then choose your Series and click Upload
4. Upload your .rg or .rgz file by selecting it or dragging and dropping it into the upload panel
5. Review the imported puzzle and update title, attribution, and other information as needed
