- Login IDs: Monitor the number of user accounts against your plan limit. Click "Manage" to invite or remove users. Learn more about managing users.
- Media Storage: View your current media storage usage against your plan's storage limit. Click "Manage" to open the 'Manage Media' pop-up. (available for plans that include media upload)
- Game Views (per month): Track your monthly game views against your plan's view limit
Use this interface to browse your uploaded files, search for specific ones, copy links to reuse media in new puzzles, and delete files you no longer need to free up storage space.
Delete files with caution as they may be used in existing puzzles. Deleted media will no longer display in those puzzles. Furthermore, deleted files are irretrievable.

FAQ
How do I manage my login IDs?
To add or remove users from your account, go to Account Details → Plan Usage section and click the "Manage" link next to Login IDs. This will take you to the user management interface where you can invite new users or remove existing ones.
How do I manage my uploaded media files?
The Media Management feature helps you keep your media library organized. Click the "Manage" button next to Media Storage in your Plan Usage section to access a comprehensive interface where you can:
- Browse and organize your files by type (Images, Videos, Audio)
- Search and sort through your collection to find exactly what you need
- Preview files before using them in puzzles
- Copy direct links to reuse existing media without re-uploading
- Delete unused files to free up storage space and stay within your plan limits
This is especially useful for:
- Removing duplicate or outdated files
- Finding and reusing media across multiple puzzles
- Monitoring your storage usage to avoid hitting limits
- Keeping your media library clean and organized
Always check if media files are currently being used in puzzles before deleting them, as deleted files will no longer display in those puzzles.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your plan limits (series, login IDs, or media storage), you may need to upgrade your plan or contact our Support Team to discuss your options. We recommend monitoring your usage regularly to avoid hitting limits unexpectedly.
What happens to my data when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, all customizations, games, associated plays, and premium features will be lost. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle, giving you time to export any important data if needed.
Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on Professional and Enterprise plans only. Free and Plus plan users cannot enable 2FA for their accounts.
