Can I upload my own images to PuzzleMe™?
If you are using a premium plan of PuzzleMe, you can upload your own images to PuzzleMe's servers. Please refer to the page on media upload for more details.
Can I use GIFs or videos?
Unfortunately you cannot create jigsaw puzzles using GIF images or videos. You can still use them in the visual messaging in the puzzle. Please refer to the messaging section.
I am seeing the error "Unable to load image".
The error you're seeing is due to CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) restrictions set by the server hosting your image. When PuzzleMe tries to load the image from your link, the server blocks it because it doesn't allow access from external domains like PuzzleMe, even if the URL is public.
To fix this, the image server needs to allow cross-origin access for PuzzleMe. You can find the setup details in our jigsaw server setup documentation.
The image in my puzzle is loading too slowly.
If you are using very high resolution images or a slow image server, the puzzle might load a bit slowly. Please consider switching to a faster image server, or reducing the size of the images.
Can I upload multiple puzzles?
Uploading multiple puzzles/bulk uploading puzzles is available to our partners on the Enterprise plan. Please get in touch with us for details.
Is it possible for the player to choose the number of pieces in a puzzle?
Yes, it is! Please contact us if you'd like to try a jigsaw puzzle where players can choose the number of pieces
