Can I upload my own images to PuzzleMe?

If you are using a premium plan of PuzzleMe, you can upload your own images to PuzzleMe's servers. Please refer to the page on media upload for more details.

Can I use GIFs or videos?

Unfortunately you cannot create jigsaw puzzles using GIF images or videos. You can still use them in the visual messaging in the puzzle. Please refer to the messaging section.

I am seeing the error "Unable to load image".

Your image server needs to be configurd to serve jigsaw images. Please consult the jigsaw server setup documentation for more details.

The image in my puzzle is loading too slowly.

If you are using very high resolution images or a slow image server, the puzzle might load a bit slowly. Please consider switching to a faster image server, or reducing the size of the images.
